Most young founders fail because they fall in love with their own idea instead of the customer's problem.
Many Muslim founders spend months building websites, designing logos, adding features, and perfecting products they believe people need. Yet they have barely spoken to the people they hope to serve.
An idea is not valuable because you thought of it.
It becomes valuable only when it consistently removes someone's pain.
The founder who becomes emotionally attached to a solution often ignores reality. Every piece of feedback becomes criticism instead of guidance. Every objection is dismissed instead of investigated. Meanwhile, the customer simply walks away because the real problem was never solved.

Understand the Problem Before Building the Solution
Knowledge Before Action
This was the approach of Prophet Yusuf (عليه السلام). When he asked to oversee the storehouses of Egypt, he understood the coming years of famine before managing the solution.
Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) says:
"[Yûsuf (Joseph)] said: 'Set me over the store-houses of the land; I will indeed guard them with full knowledge.'"(Surah Yusuf 12:55)
Knowledge came before administration.
The Muslim founder should do the same.
Fall in love with understanding the problem, and let your solution evolve until it truly serves the people.
What would change in your business if you became known for understanding your customers better than anyone else?
