"And marry those among you who are single (i.e. a man who has no wife and the woman who has no husband) and (also marry) the Salihûn (pious, fit and capable ones) of your (male) slaves and maid-servants (female slaves). If they be poor, Allâh will enrich them out of His Bounty. And Allâh is All-Sufficient for His creatures' needs, All-Knowing (about the state of the people)."

Marriage itself is one of the means of rizq.
This does not mean a person should be reckless. A husband must be capable of fulfilling his obligations toward his family. But those obligations are often much simpler than modern society makes them seem. A modest home, food on the table, clothing, and responsible leadership are the foundation. The luxury lifestyle can come later, if Allah wills.

Marriage Is a Means of Protection and Provision
Too many Muslims postpone marriage until their late twenties or thirties, exposing themselves to years of temptation while waiting for a standard of living that Islam never required.
Meanwhile, we live in a world overflowing with fitnah. Immorality reaches us through our phones, billboards, televisions, advertisements, and even the streets we walk every day. Protecting one's chastity has never been more difficult.
The Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said:
"There are three for whom it is a right upon Allah to help: the Mujahid in the cause of Allah, the Mukatab who intends to fulfill his contract, and the one who gets married intending chastity."
(Jami' at-Tirmidhi)
