Among the strongest warnings in the Sunnah are two that every Muslim founder should reflect upon.
The Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said:
"The one who severs the ties of kinship will not enter Paradise."
(Sahih al-Bukhari 5984, Sahih Muslim 2556)
"The one who severs the ties of kinship will not enter Paradise."
(Sahih al-Bukhari 5984, Sahih Muslim 2556)
"Any servant whom Allah places in authority over people and he dies while deceiving them, Allah will forbid Paradise for him."(Sahih al-Bukhari 7150, Sahih Muslim 142)
These are not random warnings.
They strike at the heart of what it means to build.

Success Begins With Family and Trustworthy Leadership
"Whoever would like his provision to be increased and his life to be extended, let him maintain the ties of kinship."(Sahih al-Bukhari 5986, Sahih Muslim 2557)
A founder who sacrifices his parents, siblings, and relatives in pursuit of business should remember that the very relationship he neglects may be among the greatest causes of barakah in his rizq.
The second warning reminds us that leadership is an amanah. The scholars explained that this warning is not limited to kings and presidents. It applies to anyone entrusted with authority according to the scope of that authority, including employers, managers, husbands, and fathers.
Every Leadership Decision Is an Amanah
