One of the greatest deceptions of modern entrepreneurship is convincing people that the goal is to work as little as possible.
Work four hours a week.
Retire early.
Escape responsibility.
Enjoy life.
For a Muslim, that is not the objective.
Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) created us to worship Him, and part of that worship is benefiting His creation. A Muslim founder should not ask, "How little can I work?" He should ask, "What problem has Allah placed me in a position to solve?"

Serving the Ummah Requires Sacrifice
If a community needs bread, then someone must wake up before Fajr to bake it.
If a community needs fish, then someone must go out to sea.
If a community needs doctors, teachers, engineers, software developers, or builders, then those people carry a responsibility toward the Ummah.
Imagine if every fisherman decided they wanted a "4-hour workweek." Who would catch the fish?
Imagine if every doctor wanted to optimize for maximum leisure. Who would treat the sick?
Benefit requires sacrifice.
Responsibility Is an Honor, Not a Burden
The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said:
"The most beloved people to Allah are those who are most beneficial to the people."
