The danger is not wealth itself, but allowing the pursuit of wealth and status to consume your deen. Islam encourages halal provision and strength, while teaching Muslims to use wealth for family, generosity, building, and serving the Ummah.

Leadership is an amanah, not a reward for popularity, friendship, wealth, or seniority. Muslim institutions need leaders who combine deen, trustworthiness, and genuine competence, while supporters must remain committed to the mission even when leadership changes.

The siwāk appears throughout more than 90 narrations and was used by the Prophet ﷺ in many situations. It is a simple Sunnah Muslim founders can revive while promoting cleanliness, good hygiene, and care for those around them.

Fatwa-shopping can turn Islamic knowledge into a tool for justifying desires. The goal of seeking scholarship is not to find permission for everything we want, but to understand Allah’s guidance and shape our lives around sincere obedience.
